Fundamentals of Power Vinyasa

Whether you're newer to the practice or a seasoned participant, this class is the chance to bring your questions and be guided through the building blocks of an effective, sustainable power vinyasa practice. This class will include breakdowns of repetitive poses, such as plank and downward dog, to help you build awareness of alignment and foundation of the flow. This class will pave the way for you to participate in any class on the schedule with confidence. It's a great opportunity to fine-tune your practice. No need to pre-register.
